NEVER sign a lease if Megan Clabaugh manages the properties, Chantrice Horne manages the rental office, or people named Brent Tunelius, Colten Hohenthaner, Melissa Zieglowsky, Holly Hardin, or Joshua L Whetstine work for the company.
NEVER sign a lease if attorneys Erek P Sittig or C. Joseph Holland are involved or affiliated with the company.
